Nekocon is approaching (THIS WEEKEND ALREADY WHAAAA?!?), so it's time for me to reveal my cosplay lineup for the weekend! I already put them to my instagram story, but let's put them here too. :3

Ix Elizabetta - Welcome to Demon School Iruma-kun!

It's her time to shine again! last time I wore her to Desucon 2023, so a little over a year ago. I have improved this costume a lot since then and I can't wait to show you the result! Iruma-kun has been such a comfort anime for me during tough times, so I want to give much more love to the series! ^^ Also this cosplay is very appropriate for the hot Summer day and the heat in Musiikkitalo (the con venue), the "AC" has never worked there ever XD

Hoshino Ai - Oshi no Ko

Something new! I've been working on Ai for a while here, so this most likely doesn't come as a surprise to anyone. I decided to wear this on Sunday because I figured it would be easier to wear and take off before leaving the con. I don't want to hassle too much with tails and horns and unpractical clothing on the last con day. ^^ I'm still super stoked to wear this and show off my hard work!

 Hi everyone! This time we are working on Venat's mask and other little accessories she has on her robe. Picture found from google, probably the most clear shots I could find where the mask is seen clearly Ancient mask sold in Square Enix-shop The overall silhouette of the mask I cut from from 3mm foam sheet. I did a couple paper drafts first to get the size right.   I also drew on the pattern for some reason? Good thing I did though.. I wasn't sure what I was doing. I tried covering it and do the details with black worbla, but that didn't turn out right... I'm Buttman! And here's the botched detail work... It's very goofy and the placement is so off! Hi everyone! Today we'll be working on THE iconic fighting game queen Chun Li from Street Fighter 6! Out of all the fighting games, Tekken is definitely closer to my heart actually. I played Street Fighter a little, but sucked at it so bad! :'D I still do, but I do enjoy the characters a lot and the story. Chun Li was also the first female character in fighting game genre! :3 Iconic queen with the thiccest thighs I'm obsessed with her fr. She has matured a lot, but I'll always remember her like this ❤ We will be starting from the wig. I have this super old dark brown wig from an acquaintance of mine. The cut was a little all over the place, so I was comfortable trying something I've never tried before.. Which is making a normal wig into a twintail wig aka making a middle part in the back! You know how you really can't part a normal wig without any mesh/wefts showing? We're covering that here. Ewwwwwww I parted the wig how I wanted and pinned down wefts. The

Matsucon 2023 Summary!

 Yo! Matsucon was held last weekend (28.-29.10) in Pohjankartano, Oulu. I haven't fully recovered from that, but I'd like to tell you about my experience while I still remember stuff. :3 Out trip to Oulu started on Friday evening after work. The plan was that I would pick Dongrieg up from his parent's house and we would start driving. This almost went accordingly, except I had to work overtime, so we left a little later than we initially thought. This was fine though, we still had enough time to grab something to eat and chill at the hotel room for a little before bed. Saturday comes! We woke up around nine. Dongrieg wanted to check out Pelimies and Fantasiapelit before heading to con, so our morning was spent there. We got Junji Ito books, dice sets and Remnant II. :3 I was super nervous the whole day since I would compete for the first time in 10 years and for the very first time ever, I was competing solo!
