Animeseminaari 2014 Summary

I really don't have much to write about Animeseminaari. If you were there, you know why. Here it goes..

Thursday
I took a bus to Jennysja's place. CissyDella was also there. The three of us were about to go there together.  We were just chilling, watching a movie and derping~ :)
Shiro Samurai called me and asked that we change our cosplay plans. I agreed because of reasons. This means that I'd just put my Colossal Titan mask on Friday and Kosuzu on Saturday.

Friday
We woke up, got ready and went to Oulu. Jennysja and I didn't cosplay anything, but CissyDella cosplayed as Arrancar!Orihime (Bleach).
Once we were in Library (where the "con" was held at) we just looked around and saw some familiar faces. There really wasn't nothing more than just a few people, info desk and a small pile of manga..yep. Anyway, when Shiro Samurai, Hasakitsuki and Jäätynyt Enkeli arrived my Colossal Titan mask got stolen by Shiro Samurai. >8C Okay I gave it to him Well, when Shiro Samurai changed back to amazing horse, my mask changed it's owner again...

Oh well, at least I was able to play with Shiro Samurai's horse mask..

So, we derped for a while, but soon we got bored of the Library, so we decided to go Jäätynyt Enkeli's and Shiro Samurai's gamer aunt's place and play some Wii U. Well, soon CissyDella called me and told me that Jennysja's mom was on her way to pick us up from the library. So I left ~

I have nothing more to say than Mario has a nice view there 8)

When we reached Jennysja's place we did makeup test for CissyDella and hang out. It was nice :)

Saturday
We didn't even bother to go to Animeseminaari. We barely even spent our time there on Friday so we really didn't see a point to go there on Saturday. I do like small cons, but that was just ridiculous.

Nekocon 2023 Summary!

 Hi everynyan! :3 I attended Nekocon this year for the first time ever! :D It was held in a familiar place though, this being Musiikkikeskus (+Lumit) in Kuopio (15.-16.7.2023). Last time I set my foot there was Animecon way back when. This years theme in Nekocon was nostalgia, which was very fitting in so many ways. Walking around the con area was a trip down to memory lane. My journey to Kuopio started on Friday, traveling with my bf Dongrieg  once again. We woke up pretty early and started our 5-ish hour drive. She's safe and sound :3 On arrival we had a few hours to kill before we could get con tickets and set ourselves in mattress accommodation the convention provided for a small price. It was very nice and cool of them to arrange it this way. Traveling, getting tickets, settling sleeping arrangements and getting into cosplay all at the first day of con is very overwhelming experience, so being able to do some things a day earlier makes things easier. Martial Arts Master

Hi everyone! Today we'll be working on THE iconic fighting game queen Chun Li from Street Fighter 6! Out of all the fighting games, Tekken is definitely closer to my heart actually. I played Street Fighter a little, but sucked at it so bad! :'D I still do, but I do enjoy the characters a lot and the story. Chun Li was also the first female character in fighting game genre! :3 Iconic queen with the thiccest thighs I'm obsessed with her fr. She has matured a lot, but I'll always remember her like this ❤ We will be starting from the wig. I have this super old dark brown wig from an acquaintance of mine. The cut was a little all over the place, so I was comfortable trying something I've never tried before.. Which is making a normal wig into a twintail wig aka making a middle part in the back! You know how you really can't part a normal wig without any mesh/wefts showing? We're covering that here. Ewwwwwww I parted the wig how I wanted and pinned down wefts. The

Desucon 2023 Summary~

Hi everyone! Desucon was held 16.-18.6 this year once again in Sibeliustalo. I got lucky and got the tickets. They sold out super quickly again, but this happens. The capacity is somewhere around 2900-3000 and this community has only grown ever since the pandemic. I tried to think of solutions to make ticket sales easier, but didn't come up with anything. Sure, Desucon could hold one more con, but they have already stated on their website that they are not going to do that since people have lives outside of all this. Honestly understandable, but next June there'll be another con I could try attend if I can't get desu-tickets. 👀 There it is~☆ Me and my boyfriend, whom we'll call Dongrieg , took a train early in the morning and headed to Lahti on Friday, so we would arrive somewhere after noon.
